Midwest Clinical Somatics
A Practice of Wellness, Restoration & Peace,
where you can learn to move again with ease...
Midwest Clinical Somatics
are you wondering when movement became hard work and you
stopped moving with joy and ease...
Learn somatic methodology, philosophy, movements and techniques from a skilled and passionate Clinical Somatic
Educator who has taught extensively both domestically and internationally.
Improve your physical, mental, and emotional health by increasing
your somatic awareness.
Explore the somatic perspective – where there is no differentiation between
bodily sensations, thoughts, and feelings.
Begin to know yourself ~ from the "inside-out". Learn where you feel tension
and where you feel freedom.
Instead of focusing on the outward appearance of a movement, students practicing at Midwest Clinical Somatics are encouraged to embrace the process. Moving consciously and slowly, the invitation is to
practice in a mindful way that is appropriate for your body and functionality.
It is never too late to discover the gift of moving with ease and grace.
