This gentle practice asks us to take time to relax and restore. We will begin to relieve the effects of chronic stress using props to support us in holding postures as well as somatic movements that ask us to explore in a quiet and gentle way.
These movements, in combination with a focus on the breath will allow us to move the spine in all directions as we relax deeply. Deep relaxation lets us rest without effort, without movement and with a quiet mind.
This practice is suitable for, and will benefit all levels includijg those with no experience and those dealing with pain and injuries. For a complete class schedule, click here.
